Clean Energy in California

March 9 - 12, 2009

This multi-day study will bring Duke graduate students to California's Bay Area to engage in discussions with industry and policy professionals who have been instrumental in successfully developing and deploying clean energy technology in various sectors.

Our second day in the Bay area was spent mostly in downtown San Francisco and we chose to take the famous Hyde-Powell trolley to our first stop, MMA Renewable Ventures.
