DURHAM, N.C. – With up to eight inches of snow falling and temperatures dipping to below 10oF in parts of Durham County this past weekend, we asked students and staff at Duke’s Nicholas School of the Environment what they did to weather the wintry blast.
Did they stay inside? Or, did they brave the snow and ice to venture out?
Here’s a light-hearted video showing what Environment Hall looked like after the storm and how four members of the Nicholas School community – MEM students Geoff Cooper and Shane O’Neal, PhD student Nick Foukal, and staff member Nikki Smith – spent #Snowmageddon!
How did you spend #Snowmageddon 2017?, by Nicholas School at Duke.
