Student-Employer Connections

Career recruiting events offer an effective and highly efficient way to build productive relationships. Employers get an opportunity to access a large pool of top-quality candidates, and job and internship seekers get a chance to interact with a variety of organizations to see which ones align best with their interests.

Nicholas School Career Recruiting

The Career and Professional Development Center arranges on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruiting events for interested employers.

For on-campus events, employers hold information sessions onsite at the Nicholas School. Employers are encouraged to pre-select interview candidates or offer an open interview schedule.

For off-campus and virtual recruiting, we encourage employers to post positions within our Career Link database.  Employers may also select candidates, and arrange for interviews via phone or online systems such as Skype or other webconferencing software.

Duke University Career Fairs

To help you recruit for all majors you may want to consider attending a Duke University Career Fair. These are great opportunities to raise your visibility and quickly find the right match.
