Faculty Wish List

A point of pride at the Nicholas School is the diverse and world-class faculty who complete impactful research and education spanning all of the relevant physical, life, and social sciences. To further support their exceptional work, the Nicholas School’s Office of Development and Alumni Relations is piloting a new Faculty Wish List program. Nicholas faculty have been invited to detail their research and their equipment and financial needs to help them successfully meet their research objectives. The goal of the Faculty Wish List is to make connecting with our faculty easy, so our alumni and friends can make a clear and immediate impact on our faculty’s efforts to help advance environmental stewardship and conservation. Because this is a new endeavor, we are piloting this program with a small group of faculty at the Duke Marine Lab, the Nicholas School’s coastal campus. If this initial effort is as successful additional faculty throughout the Nicholas School will be added to the program in coming months.
