Re-Evaluated the original proposal for the City of Pittsburgh to develop a smart city plan that would implement some of the original initiatives within a smaller budget. Published a final report detailing four different initiatives, a cost benefit analysis for each, and a feasibility study to aid the Office of the Mayor in their next.  Fall 2016
Request for Proposal Pennsylvania Vehicle Emissions Testing, Carnegie Mellon University
Evaluated current emission testing methods in PA and compared them to those of other states and countries to determine if current methods had an effect on air emissions and the PA car fleet. Created a data model to manipulate how different emission rates from light duty vehicles affect air quality to support our conclusion that a newer car fleet will improve air quality. Spring 2017
