Aleksandra is a leading practitioner in sustainability strategy and communications. She provides strategic sustainability counsel and implementation support to multinational corporations in diverse industries. Aleksandra helps companies identify their material issues and align sustainability efforts with business strategy and financial performance. She also manages reporting teams and processes, develops reports based on the Global Reporting Initiative Guidelines, and crafts approaches to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. 

As part of Framework’s thought leadership efforts, Aleksandra oversees research at the firm, including the evaluation of linkages between materiality analysis and strategic sustainability. She regularly reviews sustainability reports for Ethical Corporation magazine and speaks about sustainability strategy and communications at conferences and seminars. Aleksandra is a partner at Framework and has been with the firm for more than eight years. 

Aleksandra previously worked as a Regional Innovations Coordinator for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, helping companies participate in “beyond-compliance” initiatives such as Project XL and Performance Track. She holds a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Connecticut.
