Since 2010, Andrew has worked for Environmental Incentives, LLC, a consulting firm focused on market-based approaches to conservation. One of Andrew's main focuses is to support Measuring Impact: a project funded b the United States Agency for International Development with the goal of creating mroe effective biodiversity, forestry, and integrated conservation around the world in service of both enhanced biodiversity conservation and human wellbeing. Andrew's responsibilities on Measuring Impact include supporting project management and leading financial management efforts, implementing the projects's monitoring and evaluation plan, and leading the development of quarterly and annual performance reports. The other primary focus of Andrew's work centers on Environmental Incentive's internal needs such as leading the company's operations efforts and contributing to business development.
Andrew aspires to design and implement policies and programs that influence the behavior of people and lead to environmental benefit. He hopes to build a foundation of environmental knowledge that will complement his current skillset in project management and operations through the DEL-MEM program.
