Developed and proposed a 3-year, $25M go-to-market strategy for Orbis Access’ next market to the Board of Directors in a 70-slide market comparison study evaluating 6 countries across 3 continents. Modeled various management fee and rate of return mechanisms and proposed the most fair, comprehendible and robust scheme for retail clients, favored 3:1 in quantitative user testing. Audited the system’s credential authentication and management schemes, discovering 10% incompliance and plugging security loopholes before they could reach production. 2013-2014.

Coordinated the migration from a locally-hosted CRM 4 deployment to a cloud-based CRM Online deployment as both a risk mitigant and to meet accreditation requirements for the University. 2013.
Software Developer, Orbis Investments, Hamilton, Bermuda
Designed and developed a scalable, service-oriented, domain-driven web platform completely from the ground up for Orbis’ retail initiative: Orbis Access. Part of an agile software development team using the Scrum methodology distributed over 8 time zones and 3 countries, which actively grew from 6 to 60 employees in 2½ years. Collaborated across IT, business, legal, and operations teams to deliver 85 functional specifications. Directed university recruitment, managing a university recruitment team of 5 and a budget of $100k/year, to achieve both short-term and sustainable long-term recruitment KPIs. Managed two interns on the web development team and tooling teams. Automated procedures and established policies that reduced platform defect turnaround time by 25%. 2010-2013.
