Global Rescue is a medical and security evacuation and advisory services provider. While there, I worked with a portfolio of 20 global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, to boost client satisfaction. I achieved a 95% client retention rate and grew five accounts with service extensions. Furthermore, I was the product manager for "GRID 2.0", Global Rescue's travel tracking and intelligence online platform. I led meetings with Pakistan-based IT developers and Boston-based sales managers to identify and prioritize business requirements, which lead to the introduction of product enhancements, new features, and an accompanying mobile application. I also designed marketing materials for current and prospective clients, and outlined executed implementation processes. Overall, I contributed to $100K of new sales and increased client satisfaction.

Collaborated with WWF employees and external contractors to gather pertinent data on the energy market in Argentina, focusing on current fuel sources and uses. Synthesized the collected research for an informational booklet on current energy usage and promising renewable energy technologies, which was widely distributed within Argentina in late 2013. 

Junior Year Research Scholar

Proposed, designed and implemented an experiment assessing the impacts of Tropical Storm Irene and subsequent bank reinforcements on the macro-invertebrate community in Blood Brook, VT. 
Interpreted the data and presented the results at a symposium, which supported that low-impact bank reinforcement techniques have no visible negative environmental impacts.

Assisted a senior policy advisor gain a better understanding of the scientific underpinnings of three key policies: the adoption of new legislation regarding water usage, priority substances, and RIO +20. Prepared briefing dossiers and attended member state meetings in EU institutions during these negotiations. Created reports for the Greek Brussels and Athens diplomatic offices summarizing the proceedings and identifying contentious issues for Greece and other key member states, which were used to inform Greece's stance and comments moving forward.
