Manager/Streetscape, National Parks Board (NParks), Singapore Employment 
Performed Visual Tree Assessment (VTA) on roadside trees to monitor tree health and ensure structural safety of roadside trees. Budgeted for roadside greenery operation works to carry out public space landscaping operations with minimum public funds. Provided solutions for public feedbacks and responded to queries on roadside greenery issues. Attended to tree-related emergencies as and when needed to evaluate tree damage to properties, assess potential cause of tree failure and manage public queries on site. Managed landscape operation contractors and prescribed follow-up actions for roadside trees and shrubs such as planting, pruning, removal and mulching to maintain upkeep of the public space. Provided advice for municipal tree related issues such as Tree Protection Zone recommendation and tree preservation guidelines for development projects, construction sites and general public. July 2012 – Aug 2017
