Researched millennial behavior and successful student ambassador programs to help determine how NPCA can better engage the next generation of national park visitors and turn them into national park advocates. Attended hearings and briefings on Capitol Hill to learn about legislation and issues impacting national parks. Created a National Parks Trivia Kit to help regional offices target millennials in outreach efforts.
