Equestrian training facility (www.bridlewoodaiken.com). Conceived and executed a comprehensive business plan to build a profitable best-in-class facility. CY 2016 sales were $635,000, an increase of 22% over 2015 and operating profit of 30%. Maintained General Ledger, budgets, and P&L to make operational decisions. Achieved yearly decreases in direct cost percentages and a 16% compounded increase in sales since 2013. Developed creative multifaceted marketing plan and positioned facility as dominant player in a competitive market. Resulting in selection as USC Aiken’s equestrian team training site and attracting 5 sponsorships with key vendors, accounting for significant cost decreases.
