Created Monte Carlo model to assess a Nuclear Decommissioning Trust Fund transfer opportunity, identified mean present value benefit of $32 MM under ~95% of scenarios and informing executive’s decision to pursue. Built tool to determine key quarter over quarter and year over year project contribution variance drivers for three nuclear projects, automating several day financial reporting process. Converted state report to interactive model to evaluate a plant’s role in Massachusetts’s Greenhouse Gas program based on different assumptions, improving accuracy and quality of report.

Equestrian training facility ( Conceived and executed a comprehensive business plan to build a profitable best-in-class facility. Designed a run-rate proforma to model the optimal combination of stalls and staff to maximize operational and budget efficiency. Implemented model by expanding stall capacity by 100%, increasing value of property and increasing Bridlewood Farm revenue by 70%.
