For spring 2024, the Marine Lab will offer Beaufort-based courses in block schedule format. Travel courses will be offered on the block schedule as appropriate, based on local, regional, national and international standards for COVID-19.

Travel Courses
The Duke University Marine Lab offers travel courses during the fall and spring semester to students who are enrolled full time for the semester.
Summer Courses
Students can register in DukeHub starting Monday, February 19, 2024. Registration stays open until the start of the term as space allows.

Fall Courses
Fall semester follows a traditional schedule, with classes starting at the end of August and ending in early December. Duke has a fall break in mid-October.
Fall semester courses at the Marine Lab will be offered in person. Aquaculture, Advanced GIS, and Marine Policy will have video connected options for Nicholas School graduate students in Durham.
