Wellness + Care Resource Directory
For All Students
- Blue Devils Care
- Blue Devils Care provides no-cost, 24/7 mental health support for any degree-seeking undergraduate, graduate or professional student residing in the U.S. Visit BlueDevilsCare.duke.edu for registration information. If you are outside of the U.S. in a country without internet restrictions, you may be able to access TalkNow (immediate emotional support) by using a U.S. based VPN or calling customer service at 1-833-484-6359.
- CAPS
- Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides care for students remotely, including helping students manage stress or deal with situations best addressed in collaboration with a trained mental-health professional. Any Duke student can talk with a CAPS counselor by calling CAPS at (919) 660-1000. Check website for hours.
- For students residing within NC, tele-health visits with a CAPS counselor are one of the possible service options that may be discussed. For students living outside of NC, the CAPS counselor you speak with can help you explore treatment options in your area of residence as well as the Blue Devils Care services.
- DukeReach
- Concerned about the physical or mental wellbeing of yourself or another student? Submit a DukeReach report or call 919-681-2455.
- Student Health
- Student Health can connect students with any support they need, including prescription management for students. Student Health offers video/telehealth visits to students residing in NC. Call (919-681-9355) to speak with a nurse.
- Campus Center Pharmacy is OPEN, check website for hours.
- DuWell
- The Duke Student Wellness Center helps students focus on their individual wellness by looking at the integration of many areas of life, including financial, social, spiritual, intellectual well-being, mind-body, and the environment around them. The center provides individual services, does group outreach, and acts as consultants as well as a hub of information on wellness.

In addition to Blue Devils Care and CAPS, students in Beaufort can utilize local mental healthcare providers via telehealth appointments. - International House is open online, office hours: 9 AM – 5 PM. Sign up for a remote advising appointment with an International House staff member and learn which programs will be moving to an online format.
